Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page says how, what we delete, and what the law makes us keep.

1. How to ask

Send us a message that says "please delete my data", with your name and the address we did the work at, either:

— by email to admin@6footlandscaping.com, or

— by text to 0483 962 507.

You do not need to give a reason. We may ask one question to make sure it is really you before we delete anything.

2. What we delete

Everything we hold that identifies you and that we are not required by law to keep, including:

— your name, phone number, email and property address in our customer system

— notes, messages and enquiries about your lawn or job

— photos and video of your property in our job records and files

— your saved card on file with our payment provider

— any marketing list or advertising audience you are on

3. What the law makes us keep

Australian tax law requires us to keep invoices, receipts and payment records for seven years. We keep those, and only those, in our accounting system. They are not used for marketing.

If there is an open job, a warranty, a dispute or a legal matter, we may need to keep the records for it until it is closed.

4. How long it takes

We confirm your request within seven days and finish the deletion within thirty days. We tell you when it is done.

5. If you contacted us through Facebook, Instagram or Messenger

Messages and enquiries you sent us on Facebook, Instagram or Facebook Marketplace also live in Meta's own systems. Deleting your data from us does not delete Meta's copy — you control that from your own Facebook or Instagram settings.

We do not run any app that collects information from your Facebook account. Our only Meta app is an internal tool that reads our own advertising reports.

6. Access and corrections
